Build the Event Series That Brings Qualified Clients Through Your Front Door
The Current Problem
You have not stopped marketing. You have stopped seeing a direct path to your best clients. Attention and trust are not the same thing, and right now you do not have a system built to convert one into the other.
Content Treadmill
Organic reach keeps shrinking, so you keep producing content just to stay visible.
Paid Without Proof
You’re paying for traffic that builds awareness but not trust.
Scattered Tactics
Every new platform asks you to start over, and none of it compounds.
Untapped Reach
Your list, database or network is bigger than what you’re actually using.
Your business does not need another random event. It needs an event with a job to do.
This Is Not a New Idea. It Is a Widely Underused One.
66% of event organizers planned to host more in-person experiences in 2025, up from 42% in 2024.
83% believe in-person B2B conferences, summits and conventions are the most effective way to build and grow a community.
80% describe in-person events as critical to their organization’s success.

Sophisticated companies already treat live experiences as a serious growth channel, not an occasional marketing extra. Cvent alone reports that 89% of the Fortune 100 run events on its platform, with more than eight million events managed through it. Source: Cvent.
The Signature Event System
The Event Authority designs a custom, recurring event concept around your business, not a template. We build it around:
Your customer
Your core offer
Your brand position
Your customer lifetime value
Your market
Your internal capacity
Your acquisition goals
Your retention goals
You are not placed into a generic brunch, mixer, workshop or conference format because it is easy to sell. The event concept is chosen because it makes commercial sense for your business — who you serve, what you sell them next, and what your team can actually execute.
The Commercial Pathway
Attract → Experience → Trust → Convert → Retain → Refer
Attract. The right prospective clients hear about the event through channels built to reach them.
Experience. They step into a room designed around your brand, not a generic gathering.
Trust. Face-to-face time does work a feed cannot — conversation, credibility, proximity.
Convert. A clear path moves attendees toward a consultation, membership, package, service or product.
Retain. The relationship continues past the event, deepening loyalty with existing clients.
Refer. A strong experience gives people something worth telling someone else about.
Every stage is designed on purpose, not left to whoever happens to show up.
The Four-Month Installation
Month One — Business & Audience Strategy. We clarify the business objective, target attendee, core offer, customer value and the acquisition opportunity your event needs to serve.
Month Two — Event Architecture. We develop the signature concept, format, positioning, cadence, attendee journey, pricing direction and conversion pathway.
Month Three — System Build. We build the messaging, launch roadmap, registration journey, promotional plan, event flow, follow-up system, team responsibilities and measurement framework.
Month Four — Activation, Optimization & Handoff. We guide you through your first activation, evaluate what happened, and finalize a repeatable system your team can run and improve on its own.
Four months. One defined process. A system built to outlast the engagement.

Business Consulting, Not Event Planning
The Event Authority builds the strategy, concept, positioning, audience targeting, messaging, registration journey, acquisition pathway, conversion strategy, event architecture, follow-up plan, measurement framework and the repeatable operating system behind your event.
You — or your internal team — remain responsible for venue sourcing and contracting, vendors, staffing, permitting, insurance, decor, catering and on-site production. You need a coordinator, team member or contractor with the capacity to execute the plan on the ground.
Sponsorship acquisition and sales are not included, and your event should never depend on sponsors to be financially viable.
This Was Built for the Business That Is Already Working
You are likely generating somewhere between $1 million and $10 million a year — or running a well-capitalized franchise location, premium local business or company with strong customer lifetime value. And you already have:
A proven product, service, membership or customer experience
Existing customers or clients
An audience, email list, local presence, professional network or database
Employees, contractors or operational support
The resources to implement a new strategy
Customer relationships valuable enough to justify investing in acquisition and retention
The ability to fund event production separately from consulting
This works across categories — med spas and premium aesthetics, wellness studios, premium fitness and membership businesses, franchise locations, real estate, professional services, financial and legal firms, hospitality concepts, premium retail, education and membership companies, and any brand whose sales depend on trust, relationship and experience.
You are not starting a business. You are ready to build a serious acquisition asset around the one you have already proven.
Who This Isn’t For
This engagement is not the right fit if you are:
Still deciding what business to start
Without a proven product, service or offer
Hosting your first event and looking for a low-cost, self-guided course
Without the internal team or capacity to execute the plan
Expecting Chaselle to source venues, book vendors or run production
Planning to fund the event through sponsorship
Not in a position to make a five-figure investment
Looking for a guarantee of attendance or revenue
If that’s where you are right now, you’re not out — you’re early. Start here instead, no sales call required:
Free Event Audit — a look at where your current approach stands
$29 Event Starter Bundle — a self-guided starting point
$499 Event Sprint — a self-guided path to launching your first event
Chaselle Gazelle, Founder of The Event Authority
The strategy was built in real rooms.
Chaselle is the founder of Jacksonville Bestie, a women’s lifestyle events and media brand, and the creator of Our Sunday Best, its recurring flagship event. She has spent the last 15+ months developing, marketing, monetizing and refining recurring live experiences — building local audiences, negotiating with venues and brand partners, testing pricing and formats, and learning what actually turns a room full of people into a repeatable business asset.

[FUTURE CLIENT CASE STUDY]
The Event Authority exists because that operating experience is transferable — not as event-planning theory, but as a system built from running it.
What the System Is Designed to Help You Build
The signature event system is designed to help create:
More qualified in-person conversations with the right prospective clients
A direct path from attendee to consultation, membership or service
Stronger relationships with your existing customers
Increased retention and referrals
A recurring acquisition asset you own and can improve over time
Clearer measurement of what your events are actually producing
Less dependence on constantly inventing the next campaign
This is a system intended to compound — not a single promotional push.
